To keep your internet from disconnecting, try this:
Copy the source below in to a text editor. Then call it internet.url, and save it on your desktop (save the file as "internet.url" - the extension should be .url). Everytime you connect to internet, just click that icon. Having this page open will keep you on the Net!

Just remember to open the page and leave it ON everytime you go away from your PC!
How it works?
The service provider checks once in a while if you are asking for any data from the internet. If your computer is inactive, they will terminate the connection. This page contains code to refresh its contents automatically and the service provider will think that your pc is active even when you are away!
